Everyone keeps going on about how everything is true, and that everything anybody has ever thought is true. But I think the one he means with this quote is everything anybody has ever thought is true. For example, if you don't like something, it's not necessarily true. So he's saying you shouldn't say everything anybody has ever thought is true.
